Brian T. Allen is an Associate Attorney whose practice includes Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Civil

Litigation. Brian obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon. During his time in law school

he gained extensive experience through internships in District Attorney’s Offices in California and

Oregon, as well as clerking for a Superior Court Judge. Following his graduation from the University of

Oregon, Brian moved to Washington State to begin his career as a prosecutor.

Before joining Elliott, Riquelme & Wilson, Brian acquired extensive trial skills and motion practice

through his practice as both a prosecutor and defense attorney for nearly a decade. He applies those

skills to help his clients navigate the complex, and oftentimes stressful, legal process from start to finish.

Brian prides himself in obtaining excellent results for his clients, whether in Family Law, Criminal, or Civil

litigation cases.
